The Proof is in the Pudding

I would like to share with you some of the project outcomes from the last Colour Collage 1 course and testimonials from the students on that course. As a teacher I am always amazed at what students create with the projects given.

Colour Collage 1 was launched last October, with a the basic three primary colours as focus. By breaking down processes to manageable steps, the twenty projects build upon each other to create a comprehensive program to use layered collage in combination with mixed media and new creative processes.

It will expand art practices regardless of previous experience. I prefer to obscure most elements of upcoming courses because I teach using stealth and surprise, these are part of the concepts that makes the courses work so well.

Creative processes I incorporate in them are a bit alternative, and drawings using letter shapes and handwriting are some of the components that make the dynamics of my courses different. I have decided to include some of the outcomes from this course to give you a better idea of layered collage possibilities. Below you can find testimonials from some students who did Colour Collage 1 in October 2020. I’m running this course again, from 1st to 21st March and registration closes on Sunday 28 February.

You can see more project outcomes from the previous course on the Colour Explorers Instagram account.

Thank you Este - I'm loving my MA course - it is brilliant, but I would not be getting anything like the experience I am having - had it not been for the amazing foundation you set alight in me. I am so grateful. -
